The brief scope of work under this program includes the implementation of a technology-enabled personalized adaptive learning solution across selected government schools in Gujarat. The selected bidder will also be responsible for teacher training, comprehensive on-field management support, and software maintenance for the duration of the engagement, as specified by GCSE-SS Gujarat. The responsibilities of the successful bidder will include the installation of fully operational personalized and adaptive learning solution on desktops in the identified 2,000 schools, ensuring readiness for regular use by students and teachers, setting up handholding support comprising a dedicated State Project Manager, learning manager and zonal managers and field personnel stationed across each district and municipal council, and a centralized help desk for remote support, coordinating with school-level stakeholders to ensure effective and appropriate usage of the solution by students, and regularly updating the concerned administrative authorities regarding system usage and improvements in student learning outcomes.
