Tender Detail :	Access to Energy in Rural Areas module of the Indo-German Energy Programme (IGEN ACCESS-II) is a bilateral technical co-operation measure between the Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development (BMZ), Germany and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), India. IGEN Access-II in partnership with Department of MSME and Textile, Govt of West Bengal, aims to transform MSME sector of West Bengal into a cost-competitive, quality focused and market ready sector by adopting various clean and renewable energy technologies as well as necessary energy efficient practices so as to reduce its carbon footprint. To achieve the above objective, GIZ seeks to engage with a consulting firm, who is expected play the role of a sectoral expert cum technical advisor to both GIZ and MSME for detailed sectoral assessment, to develop detailed RE/CE/EE roadmap and also to develop appropriate program/schemes plans. The bidder must submit a technical proposal and a financial proposal separately as per the information detailed in Bidding Conditions. Interested bidders are requested to carefully examine all documents and submit the entire tender proposal as instructed in above mentioned documents. Any deviation/ differentiation from the instruction will lead to disqualification of the tenderer from the bidding process.
