Integrated solution for high capacity bogie assembly and dis-assembly line with industry 4.0 iot enabled as per sc lower parel, matunga & jud workshops in western, central & northern railway respectively includes design, supply, installation and commissioning of integrated bogie assembly and disassembly line with material handling System and all concomitant accessories on turnkey basis (as per Schedule-1) and shall consist of mainly the following items, 1. Integrated Bogie assembly and disassembly line 2. Tool set for tightening and Torqueing. 3. Material handling equipment. 4. Data acquisition, storage and traceability system. 5. Manipulators for bogie Inversion, bolster assembly Inversion and other related equipment. 6. Tables for sub-assemblies and charging. 7. Pneumatic and electric assembly line. 8. Repair and Maintenance facility.
